Both Tamryn and Jen hone a multi faceted set of skills. Combined, they boast 30 years of incentive travel industry experience and have had the privilege of travelling to more than 100 international and regional destinations ….. We love what we do! TAMRYN VAN HARTE
Tamryn’s journey in the travel industry started at Impact Incentives & Events in 2001. This was her first corporate job in which she thrived until its closure in 2017. She proved to be goal orientated, a quick learner with a skill for organizing, planning and implementing projects, as well as having exceptional creative and design skills During her years at Impact Incentives & Events, her job roles progressed to various management positions whilst climbing the proverbial corporate ladder. Those roles included Operations Manager, Head of Marketing, Executive Assistant to the MD and Operations Director and Office Manager.
JEN VAN LITSENBORGH
Jen’s career in the travel industry spans more than 20 years, 15 of which were spent at Impact Incentives & Events. Jen started her career at an inbound tour operator, before moving into the inbound incentives industry, followed soon thereafter by outbound incentives. Jen is very organized and methodical, with a keen attention to detail and a determination to provide exceptional service. During Jen’s years at Impact Incentives & Events, she gained vast outbound incentive experience and filled various roles within the company, including Project Manager, Team Leader, General Manager and shareholder.
